New Zealanders are crying out for cheaper petrol. Yet when it’s on offer, most of us don’t take advantage.
Elsewhere in this week’s ‘Two Cent’s Worth’ Podcast, the panel of Nikki, Jenee Tibshraeny, Bernard Hickey and Gyles Beckford look at why Huawei was banned from Spark’s 5G rollout and whether it will hit our exports to China.
They also look at what the Reserve Bank has done to mortgage lending restrictions and why it is warning insurers, banks and property-owners to be better prepared for climate change.
First Weekly Podcast
Two Cents’ Worth has been launched by Newsroom in a co-production with RNZ. It is the country’s first weekly business podcast and will be broadcast just after the midday news on Sundays on RNZ National, will be available on both RNZ and Newsroom’s websites – and we plan to make it available on iTunes from later on Fridays.
Each week we will examine one issue in depth and then convene a panel discussion.
