A balanced diet should be the primary source of vitamins and minerals.

ChildLife Essentials supplements help support immunity and the overall health of children.

Its natural formulas bridge the nutritional and environmental challenges and gaps in children’s diets.

Specifically created for infants and children, the supplements can be taken from birth until children grow to be 16 or more years. The range includes essential vitamins, mostly in liquid form for better absorption, for ongoing maintenance, growth and development of children as well as supporting your child’s immune system. They can be taken with other ChildLife Essentials products or on their own according to the needs of children.

Developing immune system

Dr Murray Clarke, Holistic Paediatrician and Founder of ChildLife Essentials, said that the most important principle to be aware of is that the body, mind and immune system that develop in childhood becomes the foundation for everything that follows in their life.

“This is why the choices you make each day to support your child’s health and development are so critical,” he said.

The formulas were designed with a child’s unique nutritional requirements in mind, and the ingredients were meticulously chosen for their quality and purity, he said.

ChildLife Essentials is the result of Dr Clarke’s more than 20 years of experience in treatments and a quest for knowledge on what causes ill health in children and how to treat and heal in the safest, most effective manner.

According to Dr Clarke, it is the only supplement brand exclusively for babies, infants and children, offering a complete nutritional range.

Essential nutrients

All the vitamins and minerals and omega-3 fatty acids, which are considered essential nutrients, provide children with what they need to grow. The vitamins and minerals also give the body what it needs to neutralise the toxins to which they are exposed.

ChildLife Essentials supplements are made from the highest quality natural ingredients chosen for their purity by Dr Clarke. The range is not laboratory-derived but from natural sources and do not contain artificial sweeteners, colourings or flavours. They are gluten-free, GMO-free, alcohol-free and casein free and do not contain eggs, fish (expect in Cod Liver Oil), shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, corn or yeast. They are independently tested for pesticides and metals such as mercury, PCBs and dioxins.

Choice for parents

Dr Clarke said that parents should choose supplements that are developed and formulated specifically for children’s unique nutritional requirements.

“They should be pure and clean, have no GMOs, artificial ingredients, flavourings and colourings, and should be gluten-free. Liquid formulations are easy to give to children and they also allow for greater bioavailability and absorption of nutrients,” he said.

He recommends a multivitamin and mineral containing all 12 vitamins and the primary minerals, cod liver oil, which contains the optimal for of DHA for brain support, and vitamin C, the most important vitamin for immune support.

“ChildLife Essentials vitamins and supplements have been developed with children’s taste buds in mind. We understand that some children are picky eaters and not used to certain flavours or tastes, so giving them their daily vitamins can be difficult for parents. Most of our vitamins and supplements come in liquid form and are easy to hide in drinks or meals,” Dr Clarke said.
