Supermarket does it again in Flatbush

Supermarket does it-PJ and others.jpgSuperValue in Flatbush (Manukau City) has won the Best Supermarket Award within the SuperValue chain for the second consecutive year.

The Award was presented at the SuperValue Annual Conference organised by the Wholesale Distributors Ltd, a subsidiary of the Progressive Enterprises Group in Christchurch on August 10.

It recognised the Flatbush entity “as the Supermarket with the biggest increase in sales in the country.”

The Supermarket topped 37 others in the country.

Owner, Operator and General Manager Paramjit Dhatt (known as ‘PJ’), who received the Award with his son Jaskarn, attributed the achievement to his employees.

“Our team worked hard to ensure that we have an extensive range of quality products with affordable and low prices to match. We will continue to improve our service to the ever-expanding list of customers,” he told Indian Newslink.

Mr Dhatt said that as a franchise of the Progressive Enterprises Group (which owns such widely located supermarkets as Countdown, Foodtown and Woolworths), SuperValue Flatbush was proud to serve the community.
