Nanaskar Trust brings together pious and informative evenings
Nightly programmes at 4 pm up to Sunday

After completing ten Years of the Programme in UK, the Nanaksar Trust is now bringing the Samagam on either side of the Tasman.
Melbourne completed the three-day event on October 8, 2017.
Gurdwara Nanaskar located at Manurewa, will conduct the Programme from today (October 13) until Sunday (October 15) between 4 pm and 9 pm.
The programme is being held under the able stewardship of Baba Amar Singh Ji, with Kirtan by Bhai Manjit Singh (Hajuri Ragi Darbar Sahib), Bhai Amarjit Singh (Nanaksar UK) and Katha by Singh Sahib Giani Gurbax Singh Gulshan ji.
Historic importance
The Parkash Samagam is being held to celebrate the 350th Year of Birth Anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh Ji as well as the 95th Martyrdom Anniversary of Panja Sahib.
All members of the community are being requested to attend the daily evening programmes and be a part of a memorable event which will surely grow in years to come.
The nightly programme will comprise Akhand Paath recitation, Kirtan and in the respectful memory of Sikh martyrs who laid their lives to fulfil the ‘Ardas’ of serving Langar (free kitchen) to prisoners who supported the freedom of Harmandir Sahib from Imperial control. In addition to the religious sessions, there will also be talks on the recollection of the martyrdom history that will be shared amongst the congregation.
This event will bring the community together and understand some of the most important aspects of Sikh history.
