Being together as a family, working towards the common good, with love and care for each other are among the most important aspects of a human being, according to Patreena Ramlu, our Model of the Fortnight.
This youngster, born in Palmerston North is today a proud Wellingtonian working in the insurance department of BNZ.
Although qualified in ‘International Flight Attending, Travel and Tourism,’ she believes that her future is in the insurance industry.
“I have been with the Bank for more than three years in various assignments, including a tenure in Auckland. I love my job and hope to become an insurance underwriter in the ensuing years,” she said.
Patreena said that the three years that she spent with her family was among the most eventful in her life.
Being the youngest in the family affords her a special position among her parents and elder sister.
“I have always believed that if you have your family’s support you can achieve anything. I have the best parents, who have allowed and enabled me to achieve what I wanted. My dad taught me to drive at an early age and has now put me on a great path into investment property,” she said.
Patreena hopes to compete in the Miss India pageant. “
She said her hobbies include baking (she has the ‘Best Baker’ Trophy) cooking, driving her little BMW, reading crime novels and watching Star Plus.
