Marketing helps Indian exporters

India New Zealand Business Council Chair Wenceslaus Anthony has advised Indian businesses to have long-term interest while engaging with their counterparts in New Zealand.

“New Zealand’s market may be small but important. Indian businesses can reap the benefits of the potential here by investing in marketing and promotion.

“We are happy that the Spices Board of India and the Sports Goods Export Promotion Council (SGEPC) of India are holding their exhibition of products and buyer-seller meetings in Auckland this month. Such events will go a long way in enhancing awareness and business prospects,” he said.

Details of the Indian Spice Festival appear elsewhere in this section.

Both events are being held at Stamford Plaza and managed by Dream World New Zealand Limited.

A delegation of SGEPC officials will be in Auckland for their meetings at the Hotel on November 15 and 16.
