Garba Night aims at female wellbeing

Auckland based Mata Amritanandamayi Satsang Group Inc is organising a ‘Garba Night’ on October 27 in aid of the ‘Well Women and Family Trust.’

The programme will be held from 7 pm at the Grey Lynn Community Centre, located at 510 Richmond Road in Grey Lynn.

Satsang Group Secretary Sangeeta Kalra said that the event will also feature Bhangra music by D J Jimmy.

“There would be a lucky draw with attractive prizes. Tickets for the programme, priced at $10 per person (free for children under 10 years of age), can be purchased at Khyber Spice Invaders (Manukau Road, Royal Oak),”she said.
