Friendly Manager returns to Retail Banking

Westpac St Lukes has a new Bank Manager, Dominic Carlos. Born and brought up in Mumbai, he has a Bachelor of Arts degree and has worked in three different countries before coming to New Zealand.

Since his arrival in New Zealand with his wife (who is from Delhi) in 2002 Dominic has worked in the banking industry. He started his banking career as a teller before moving up the ranks to a Personal Banker and then Assistant Bank Manager.

He joined Westpac in 2009 as a Bank Manager and managed branches in South Auckland before taking up a new role as Business Development Manager for ‘Westpac Life.’ He has now returned to Retail and takes pride in leading a dedicated and experienced team at Westpac St Lukes.

Dominic has won several awards including the ‘Northern Star Award’ and two ‘Platinum Achiever Awards’ in recognition of his Sales Performance and Customer Service. He has particular experience and knowledge in home lending and is keen to help customers seeking advice. He is also passionate about helping customers protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances, and can provide an insurance solution to suit you and your family’s needs.
