The Urdu Hindi Cultural Association of New Zealand Inc will launch a new annual magazine.
Printed in India, the magazine will contain articles, features and photographs relevant to the promotion of language, art and culture.
The event will be held at 54 Roberton Road, Avondale in Auckland on September 2, at which National MP Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi will receive the first copy.
The programme will also recognise and honour Syed Mujeeb who was recently awarded a Queen’s Service Medal for his services to the Muslim community.
