Avish Sharma, a young singer with promising prospects, delighted his parents, peers and associates by winning in the worldwide T Series online contest recently.
His proud father Umesh Sharma said that Avish would record an album with T Series, one of the top music labelling companies in India.
His performance at the contest is now available on You Tube.
“Avish is due to perform with Bhoomi Trivedi, another sensational singer and other artistes in Auckland on August 2,” he said.

Called, ‘Rock On 2014: Dandiya Fusion,’ the entertainment programmes is being organised by UA International (NZ) Limited at Mahatma Gandhi Centre at Eden Terrace.
“Our shows are aimed at providing entertainment and providing funds, if possible to local charities,” Umesh said and added that he would also be presenting a number of Gujarati folk songs at the forthcoming Rock On 2014.”
Bhoomi Trivedi created a sensation with her song, ‘Ram Chahe Leela’ (in ‘Ram Leela’). She was a finalist at the ‘Indian Idol’ (Fifth Edition), and has 2500 subscribers on YouTube and about 25,000 channel views.
