Young netballers mark Tournament victory

A Correspondent –

Auckland Fiji Community Netball buzzed with the success of its U17 team which won the 2015 Fiji National Secondary Schools Tournament U17 section played in Lautoka, Fiji.

Editor’s Note: The victory occurred in August and we received the story about two months ago but paucity of space kept it in a long queue. We apologise.

The team was the only invitational team to play in a tough two-day Tournament comprising top netball schools from various parts of Fiji.

Chelcie Prasad gave the Team a bonus; she was selected by the Fiji Netball Secondary School Officials as the ‘U17 Player of the Tournament.’
