When Ronita Sharma won the Best Businesswoman of the Year Award at the Indian Newslink Indian Business Awards in 2013 and 2014, hundreds of people asked her about the secret of success of Forever Shine Beauty Therapy of which she is the Principal and Director.
And many of them wanted to know if she would train them to become beauty therapists.
That question was repeated at the Tenth Annual Indian Newslink Indian Business Awards 2017 at which she won the Best Small Business Award.
Crowning Inquiry
Crowning the above was a suggestion from the Hairdressing Industry Training Organisation (HITO) and the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) that Ronita should consider offering a Student Apprenticeship Programme.
“I have always been keen to motivate people to become trained beauty therapists and treat more people to make them look and feel great. I also want to spread the message of good health through good skincare and use of authentic, organic and chemical free products,” she said.
Innovative Spirit
Known for innovation and spirit of adventure in the competitive beauty industry, Ronita would be happy if young men and women establish their own beauty clinics throughout New Zealand and possibly throughout the world.
Forever Shine Beauty Therapy, located at 29C Mt Eden Road on Eden Terrace in Central Auckland provides natural and traditional skin care with medical Ayurvedic treatment.
Ronita and her team focus on innovation of specialised skincare products incorporating natural organic plant materials.
