Education NZ has announced that registration is open for workshops that will provide practical advice and direction on creating successful proposals for funding.
All too often a great business idea is let down by an inability to communicate the value proposition and be clear on what needs to be done to achieve the project objectives,” a notification said.
It said that hands-on sessions with tips and information will be useful while applying for funding. But the sessions will use ‘International Education Growth Fund’ (IEGF) application as a working example.
Key features
Paul Gregory from Icehouse will host the workshops, explain each section of the application and outline key considerations, dos, and don’ts.
“The workshops provide the perfect opportunity to hone your application writing skills in time for the March round of IEGF. Education NZ runs two rounds of IEGF each year and institutions can apply for up to $50,000 in matched funding.
The workshops will also show how your proposal can serve as A Project Management Plan and help you achieve your programme’s objectives.
