Churchill Liquor
Retailing can be slippery and unsteady for those with a casual interest but there can never be a dull moment for entrepreneurs who care for their customers and render service with a smile.
That is how it has been for Jack (as he is known to a large circle of customers and friends), owner of Churchill Liquor located at 63 Churchill Avenue in Manurewa, South Auckland.
A landmark
He arrived from Jalandhar, Punjab (India) in 1987 for a better life and for the betterment of his family and established the Company in 2003. His hard work and commitment for customer satisfaction have made Churchill Liquor a landmark in Manurewa and surrounding suburbs.
“Like any other commercial operation, this business also has its usual ups and downs. Nonetheless, success depends on the type of service that one provides to customers. I always look after people who come to our shop,” Jack said.
All occasions
Churchill Liquor is a wholesale and retail operation, specialising in wines, spirits and beer. With quality products that are competitively priced, the Company is a regular supplier to bars, pubs, rugby clubs, major events, parties and conferences.
“We also supply to parties, weddings and other social, community and business gatherings. Nothing is too big or too small for us,” Jack said.
While his business acumen is of high order, he is also known in the Punjabi community for his services to Kabaddi.
“Churchill Liquor is known for its special promotions throughout the year. I invite Indian Newslink readers to visit our shop to discover the ‘great sizzling hot specials’ for the summer season. We have a huge variety of stock in store,” Jack said.
He is the President of the Doaba Sports and Cultural Club in Auckland and his Kabaddi team participates in all tournaments held in New Zealand and overseas.
