Auckland based Muthtamil Sangam has announced its participation in the ‘Spirit of Cricket Tournament’ during the ensuing season.
Resident players who hail from various Indian states and the local communities participate in the Tournament that was launched in 2008.
Muthtamil Team Captain Wells Albert said interested players should contact him to complete the selection process and other formalities.
He said performance, attendance, commitment, team spirit and discipline would be among the selection criteria.
“Our Cricket team has continuously displayed legendary performance in the tournaments consecutively. We should not therefore compromise on the selection criteria,” he said.
