Long-standing firm Sutcliffe Matson Law was excited to officially open the doors to their new purpose-built office building in Bishop Dunn Place, Botany South in Auckland recently.
It was a double celebration, as the building also includes a space for local Touch Rugby Club Elementz, a club which Sutcliffe Matson Law has been sponsoring for several years.
Luke Chapman, founder of Elementz, was accompanied by his wife Olivia and their young family. A strong representation of club members and coaches was among the 150 guests on the night.
The officiations commenced with a Waita – a song/prayer led by Olivia Chapman along with a small group of young students from her primary school.
Braden Matson, Director and well-respected solicitor, spoke, thanking his team, clients and friends. Among the guests was Doug Sutcliffe, one of the original founders of the firm.
His team includes Shobhna Golian, a renowned lawyer within her community and the wider community.
After the formalities, guests were invited to enjoy some refreshments and explore the new space including the gallery upstairs which featured a large collection of photos of the Elementz teams. The album of photos highlighted the considerable growth and evolution of the club over the past few years.
