The Indian Newslink Indian Sports Awards 2014 Presentation Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 9 at Alexandra Park in Greenlane, Auckland.
Manoj Daji, recipient of Queen’s Service Medal (QSM) in the New Year’s Honours List (2014) for his services to sports and education, will be the Chief Guest.
Following five-year tenure as the Chief Executive of ASB College Sport, he recently joined the Auckland Grammar School as the Head of Business Studies.
Indian Newslink instituted its Indian Sports Awards in 2012 to recognise and reward sports achievers in the Indian community. There are 13 individual categories this year, the winners in each of which will qualify for the Supreme Sportsman and Supreme Sportswoman of the Year Awards.
