As we expressed our gratitude to sponsors for their patronage and support of the Indian Newslink Indian Business Awards (INLIBA) 2019 at a special dinner hosted in their honour on September 16, 2019 at Pullman Hotel in Auckland, they returned the compliment saying that their involvement brought them closer to the Indian community.
“We are happy to join hands with Indian Newslink to celebrate the success of the Indian business community through INLIBA 2019. These Awards help us to not only promote our image but also our products and services,” they said.
Leaders praise Sponsors
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, Ethnic Communities Minister Jenny Salesa and Leader of the Opposition Simon Bridges sent messages of thanks to our Sponsors.
They said, “Indian Newslink Indian Business Awards have become the most significant in the business community of New Zealand. They are growing bigger and better year after year. Sponsors form the backbone of these Awards and we thank you.”
Indian Newslink Founder, the late Ravin Lal and the current Managing Director & Publisher Jacob Mannothra have always said that the judging process is robust, confidential and independent of the newspaper.
“None of us in the Company has privy to any knowledge relating to the panel of judges including the number of entries received and how they are marked,” they said.
Sponsors’ views
Title Sponsor Vijay Singh, Managing Director of Oaks Property Management said that he was extremely happy to be associated with our Awards Programme.
“Indian Newslink makes everyone feel special and appreciated for their interest and sponsorship. The purpose of the Sponsorship is to recognise and encourage people in business. We are in the service industry and we appreciate companies that excel in their service to customers,” he said.
Rrahul Dosshi and Bhavini Doshii, Directors of the Rainbow Corner Group, this year’s Sponsor of Business Excellence with Social Responsibility (and last year’s Title Sponsor) said that they were committed to supporting INLIBA to showcase businesses that contribute both economically and socially to the wider New Zealand community.
“The Awards Scheme also provides us a unique opportunity to promote our Institution in New Zealand and overseas. We see these Awards as an opportunity to acknowledge, recognise and encourage young entrepreneurs for their contribution to the business community and economy as a whole,” they said.
Link2 Group Chairman & Managing Director Indra Sirigiri said that he was delighted to see leading organisations representing varied sectors at the Awards Night.
“The Business Awards Programme is a great initiative. I could see the benefits the sponsors derived by networking at the decision makers level and the pride they take in the ownership of the Awards,” he said.
Gratitude and Greetings from Us
We are honoured by the involvement and support extended by our Sponsors, who represent a broad spectrum of businesses in the country. As we express a special word of gratitude to them, we look forward to their continued support in making our Awards more meaningful and useful.
