On September 10 2013, Neptune Pacific Line (NPL) announced that it had reached an agreement with the Samoan Government to purchase 50% controlling interest in Pacific Forum Line.
In August 2014, Neptune Pacific Line purchased Polynesian Shipping Line.

Tiare Moana: Owned by Neptune Pacific Line, chartered to PDL, Sub-Chartered to GPS – used for the Cook Islands and Tonga
Southern Pearl: Owned by Neptune Pacific Line, chartered to PDL, used for Wallis and Futuna ex- Fiji
Capitaine Tasman: Chartered by Neptune Pacific Line on behalf of AUSPAC for the Australia-Fiji-New Zealand service
Forum Fiji: Chartered by Neptune Pacific Line on behalf of AUSPAC for the Australia- Fiji-New Zealand service
