Their mental, physical and financial integrity instantly becomes a source of endearment, while their cleanliness of habits makes them a source of inspiration.
Ravindra Kotak, Director of Sri Vishnu Entreprises (SVE) New Zealand Limited is one of those entrepreneurs who believe that every business enterprise should be built on character, culture and ethics.
The brands that the company represents bring with assurances of quality and durability, to which Mr Kotak and his company add value with personalised service.
Range & Quality
SVE Ltd is a leading distributor for phone cards, international calling cards, mobile sim cards (Telecom, Vodafone, 2degrees, Telpacific, Telnet and Compass Communications), GSK products (Panadol), NZ Mail products (Stamps) and Indian Tea (Wagh Bakri), ready instant tea (Chai Gold) and Pre-packed Indian Food products (Gaay & Uphaar).
Mr Kotak said that Wagh Bakri Tea is the second largest tea company in India, while Chai Gold Instant Tea is a pioneer in manufacturing market-ready instant tea.
Gaay & Uphaar Food Products are renowned for quality pre-packed foods for more than 50 years, he said.
Competition may be rife, but he has strong faith in his products and customers.
“Our products are exclusive and unique in quality, good in price, design and package size, variety and several other factors. We have maintained and promoted good relationship with our retailers and customers. Our point-of-sale display and advertising have also been a source of attraction,” he said.
Confidence & Loyalty
Mr Kotak said the trust and confidence built over the years through product quality, prompt delivery, efficient service and genuine customer care have enabled SVE Ltd to grow, helping in the process to serve an increasing number of companies and people.
SVE Limited currently imports products from India, Saudi Arabia and Dubai but is constantly examining possibilities of expanding into other markets. Mr Kotak was recently in Fiji (Indian Newslink, August 15, 2013) to study the market and assess the possible demand for his products.
“There is immense potential in Fiji and we are also considering the possibility of importing products from Fiji. I believe in long-lasting partnerships built out of trust and transparency. I have identified business opportunities in Fiji, which will hopefully bring me back to this beautiful country,” he said.
Mr Kotak believes that positive mental attitude not only accrues a pleasant environment to promote business interests but also friendship and harmony.
