NZ Masters, defending champions of the Soccer Tournament at Bill McKinlay Park, will fight to retain its championship title.
I am aware that that competition will be fierce at Centre Park this year.
We realise that any team could win the Tournament but we are coming in very well prepared. Look out for big names in our team.
We wish all the teams best of luck and may the Tournament be played in great spirits. I recall the early days of the Veterans Tournament when it was played at Avondale College and later at Riversdale Park.
That soccer spirit will definitely be displayed at Centre Park.
