Last night (Friday), we launched the weekly Indian Newslink Opinion Poll to feel the pulse of our people on the General Election scheduled to be held on October 14, 2023. Open until 6 pm on Thursday every week, the Opinion Poll will seek the feedback of our readers, watchers (Indian Newslink Videos) and listeners (Indian Newslink Podcasts) on several issues that affect their daily lives. This Week’s Opinion Poll is about the Cost of Living, Law and Order, Public Health and the issues on which the next government should focus. We also ask you to indicate the political party of your choice and the leader who you believe should be the next Prime Minister.
Indian Newslink has been conducting Opinion Polls since 2002 and it is amazing that the choice exercised by our respondents have been almost accurate when the results are announced. New Zealanders have always been free and frank in expressing their opinions on issues that matter and therefore the Opinion Poll is of significance. This year, we are proud of our association with the Indians in Auckland Facebook Group, which, with more than 50,000 members, is the largest group of Indians in the country’s largest City. We are currently putting together a team of people to seek the opinions of our readers, watchers, listeners and members and compare them with those of other Opinion Polls. We seek your participation to make the Weekly Indian Newslink Worldwide Opinion Poll truly representative of the views of our people. This is open to all New Zealand voters all over the world.
