Retail New Zealand has launched a new range of free resources in English and Hindi to help managers and owners of retail businesses to stay apace with the Employment Law in force and enhance employer-employee relations.
Retail NZ is really pleased to have launched free resources for business owners, in both English and Hindi. We are now offering free e-learning modules, and a Hindi video to support business owners get the basics of employment law right, help them manage change in their businesses without taking on legal risk, and to help them support their employees’ mental wellbeing.
Good Employer Audit
For a limited time, we are also able to offer a completely free-of-charge Good Employer Audit to give business owners assurance that they are meeting all legal requirements.
Covid-19 has created a number of challenges for business owners, and it is more important than ever to get things right when managing your employees.
