Govinda, one of the most popular film stars of Bollywood, will be in Auckland on August 16, 2014 to participate in Radio Tarana’s ‘Festival of India’ at the ASB Show Grounds in Greenlane.
Radio Tarana is hosting his visit and tens of thousands of Govinda’s fans will be able to see him on stage, as they gather to celebrate India’s Independence Day and enjoy exquisite Indian cuisine, entertainment and visit stall selling products and services.
Radio Tarana Managing Director Robert Khan said that Govinda will be a star attraction at the India Festival and will delight his fans.
“Entry to the Festival is free. This is one of the ways in which Tarana engages with the community. This is also one of the ways of expressing our gratitude to our listeners as we celebrate our 19th Anniversary,” he said.- VR
