With a personal connection to the South Asian community as an ex-immigrant himself, he understands the unique challenges and needs that our ethnic community faces. This personal connection fuels Kinjal’s dedication to ensuring that AMI Insurance not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our customers.
One of the core aspects of the role is to build relationships based on trust. Insurance can often seem complex and intimidating, but through community engagement and education, Kinjal strives to demystify these concerns. Kinjal leads out workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations to help community members understand the importance of being insured and how AMI can protect your families and businesses. By being a member of the community and being able to speak our language and relate to our cultural nuances, Kinjal can provide tailored advice and solutions that truly resonate with the customer.
This passion for supporting the South Asian community goes beyond his professional responsibilities. Kinjal is an active participant in various community events, cultural festivals and charity initiatives. Being a part of these community initiatives allows Kinjal to give back and stay connected with evolving community needs and aspirations. Whether he’s supporting local businesses, helping new immigrants settle in, or advocating for a solution to community issues, he is an ally committed to making a positive impact.
Kinjal will be representing AMI at the upcoming New Zealand Diwali event at Barry Curtis Park in Flat Bush, Auckland on Saturday, October 26, 2024. AMI recognises the importance of Diwali and coming together during this symbolic time for the community. Kinjal will be out and amongst the festivities, available at the AMI stall for the public to meet and learn more about how AMI insurance can protect you and your business.
