Auckland based Dream World New Zealand Limited is the new sponsor of the ‘Best Exporter to India Business’ category of the Indian Newslink Indian Business Awards (IBA) 2010. This followed the abrupt withdrawal of an official representing the Global Organisation of the People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) in the final hours of closure of sponsorship for the current year.
Dream World Director Sonia Kaushal said that she was delighted to be a part of the Awards Scheme.
“We have been attending the IBA Awards ceremony since its inception in 2008. We were impressed with its philosophy, concept and high professional standards. We consider the opportunity to sponsor this year’s Awards as significant. In view of the growing trade potential between New Zealand and India, it is important to celebrate, recognise and reward successful businesses,” she said.
