One of the most outstanding features of New Zealand Post Shops is variety- hundreds of stores located throughout the country offer not just stamps and usual postal services (including letter, parcel and courier post) but something more.
Books, stationery, office equipment, toys, greeting cards and several other items of general interest are on display and sale, attracting hundreds of thousands of people every day.
The introduction of Kiwibank counters at New Zealand Post Shops and other stationery companies including Paper Plus and its notable brand ‘Take Note’ has made visits to these stores more useful. Offering a number of banking services, these Kiwibank outlets, operating on franchise basis, offer convenience of time, location and other advantages.
Kiwibank located within the Paper Plus Take Note store at 1/217 Great South Road at Hunters Corner in Papatoetoe is an important member of the business community in the area.
Post Shop Manager (Store Network) Brenden Pace is justifiably proud of the Store’s most recent achievements – winning the Top Sales Award and the Top Kiwibank Franchise Award.
“These achievements were possible because of our dedicated and highly motivated staff and our customers who have shown loyalty and patronage,” he said.
Mr Pace said that while postal products follow standard pricing throughout the country, all other items in his Store are retailed at reasonable prices.
In addition, there are specials announced from time to time, he added.
Like all other Paper Plus (Take Note) operations and Kiwibank services, this Hunters Corner Store has endeared itself to the local community.
The Store is open all days of the week- Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 830 am to 530 pm; Thursday from 830 am to 9 pm; Saturday from 9 am to 530 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 430 pm.
