The judges commended this well-established retailer, which demonstrated significant knowledge of customer requirements, demographics and has developed customer centric strategies to meet customer requirements. For example, staff training is focused on helping the customer rather than direct selling and gave examples of instances where they have held low turnover items to ensure that customer service is maintained.
