West City Auto Group has been well known for Holden, and Kia and Suzuki cars, in West Auckland for 23 years.
There is a formal Health and Safety plan in place with documented processes and reporting systems. All health and safety issues or accidents are reported to the General Manager, and Managing Director for serious issues.
Regular departmental meetings take place reporting to the health and safety Coordinator. All suggestions from these meetings are acted upon.
Induction processes with supporting documentation is provided for all new staff.
The judges who visited were very impressed with the Health and Safety processes at West City Auto Group.
