She speaks four languages (three of them Indian) and is very active on social media.
In marketing, she is a master of detail and produces results. She is mindful of life/work balance, and most of her appointments are at night so that she is always available to pick up her children in mid-afternoons.
The Judges found Rachana quite inspirational in her ability to manage a vibrant business balanced with family life.
