As the countdown begins for one of the most important events in New Zealand’s business calendar, there is a high degree of excitement over the Indian Newslink Indian Business Awards 2013.
The Awards Ceremony, due to be held on Monday, November 18 at Sky City Convention Centre, will witness a gathering of more than 800 men and women representing a broad spectrum of New Zealand business and industry. They would eagerly await, as we do, the announcement of the winners in the 12 individual categories and the winner of the Supreme Business of the Year Award. The decision as to who would qualify for these honours, would be made by a panel of judges, independent of this newspaper, its owners, managers and staff.
Special Guests
His Highness Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali, the Chennai based Prince of Arcot, his wife Sayeeda Begum, Economic Development Minister Steven Joyce, Labour Minister Simon Bridges, Opposition Leader David Cunliffe, Auckland Mayor Len Brown, Deputy Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Verma, BNZ Chairman John Waller and BNZ Partners Director Anthony Healy will be among our Guests of Honour at the Ceremony. Celebrity Speaker and Entertainment Jackie Clarke will be the Master of Ceremonies at the gala Black Tie Cocktails and dinner, which will include networking, a small exhibition of sponsors, speeches and entertainment.
