Editor’s Note: As this issue went to press, Mr Key was leading a delegation comprising Government officials, businesses and the media to India. The Indian Government accorded the status of ‘State Visit’ to Mr Key. During his two-day stay, he met President Pratibha Patil, Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, External Affairs Minister S M Krishna, Opposition Leader Sushma Swaraj and Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi. Accompanied by his wife Bronogh and the Media, Mr Key also visited the Taj Mahal in Agra. He spent a busy day in Mumbai (see reports in this issue).
