A glittering show of talent, fashion and beauty

Miss Indianz beauty pageant will be held on Saturday September 14, 2013 from 730 pm at Auckland Town Hall.

The event will feature 31 contestants of varied backgrounds with a number of new items including songs and dances with live instrumentalists.

Tickets, priced at $50 (VIP), $35 (A Reserve) and $25 (B Reserve) can be purchased from Ticket Master. www.ticketmaster.co.nz

Ashna Prasad

This Fiji-born teenager, is a student at Arore College in South Auckland

Dhruti Morar

Born in Zimbabwe, Dhruti is pursuing her Master’s degree in Speech Language Therapy Practice

Gurpreet Kaur

Born in India, Gurpreet works as a Deli Assistant at a major supermarket in Auckland

Kajol Sharma

Kajol is a New Zealander by birth and is a Year 12 student at Avondale College in Auckland

Kamal Khehra

India-born Kamal is a Year 11 student in Feilding, located in the Manawatu-Wanganui region, near Palmerston North.

Kartika Singh

This Fiji-born youngster is a fashion beautician and event organiser

Kiran Babbar

Born in India, Kiran works as a Dental Assistant in Auckland

Krital Kumar

Born in Fiji, she is employed as a Healthcare Assistant

Latha Hegde

Latha did not send us any details, except to say that she was born in India

Lorza Latif

This Fiji-born youngster is employed in Customer Services at the Auckland International Airport

Priyanka Deo

Singing and dancing are the passion of this year 12 student at Aorere College.

Raiya Courtier-Sadhu

This Year 11 student loves photography, fashion, sport and travel.

Reesha Chand

Reesha, a Fijian, works as a Junior Spa Beauty Therapist in West Auckland.

Roneeza Ali

This Wellingtonian believes in being herself and enjoys what the world has to offer.

Sharleen Lochan

Modelling is a newly developed passion for Takanini resident Sharleen, who aspires to become a registered nurse.

Sheyleen Prasad

Aucklander Sheyleen is pursuing her degree in of Arts Psychology and has a flair for photographic modelling.

Shivani Patel

Active in the field of performing arts at Rangitoto College, Shivani is a graduate in Communications and works for a commercial bank.

Shriya Lal

A keen participant in dance contests, Shriya loves Fijian traditional and Bollywood dancing.

Shyleen Lal

This Petone girl is proud of her Fiji heritage and believes in embracing Kiwi culture.

Sirjana Singh

With a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Waikato, this government office administrator is also a Creative Consultant.

Smital Singh

Smital is studying for a degree (Bachelor) in Science and a postgraduate course in Forensic Science in Auckland.

Sunaina Roy

Recognised for her melodious voice, Sunaina hopes to enchant the audience with Bollywood numbers. She is doing a conjoint course in Science (Neuropsychology) and Health Science.

Tripjot Kaur Sohi

A recent migrant to Auckland, Tripjot believes in being herself and tackling tough situations with a smile.

Zakereen Jahan

Born in Fiji, Zakereen is looking forward to meeting people and making new friends.
