This Issue of Indian Newslink is special in many ways, the most significant of which you would discern even at the first look. We asked Graphic Designer and Photographer Narendra Bedekar to design a new layout that would not only please the eye but also satisfy the aesthetic taste of our readers. He offered several alternatives, each with a brief explanatory note. He was happy with our choice.
“Many layout artists think that they can do little to change the outlook of a newspaper. However, I believe that there would be scope for innovation and improvisation on every page, depending on the strength of the editorial, advertising space and pictorials. Every page can be made interesting,” he said.
