Current affairs, local news and topics of relevance are form a substantial part of other pages, while news relating to community and entertainment are all interesting sources of information.
In the middle pages, one finds current local issues dotted with very informative advertisements offering a variety of goods and services. There is a nice blend of news from “home” (India), Fiji and the Pacific rim countries also. The arts and sports events are covered extensively as are community, cultural and religious events. The in-depth report and explanations of the significance of Eid, Diwali and such events are informative and educational to all religions, races and cultures. Judging by the advertisements placed by the business sector of the community, the newspaper has the mix just right!
