PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is the anchor tenant of an exciting property in the heart of Christchurch.
Known as the ‘PwC Centre,’ the new building is located at 56-64 Cashel Street on the Avon River, overlooking the Bridge of Remembrance.
It is central to the new business centre, retail and justice precincts and transport links.
We are proud to reinforce our commitment to Christchurch and the PwC Centre will play an important role in revitalising the City.
Construction of the A-grade development comprising six floors will commence within three months, with an expected occupancy date in mid-2016.
As a part of our investment, the building will exceed the requirements of the current earthquake code and the development is being built to an extremely high standard, ensuring that our people and clients enjoy a safe and pleasant working environment.
It is important that we play our part in rebuilding our city and moving back into the city’s heart is another demonstration of our commitment to Christchurch.
Innovative design
We look forward to the new Centre with our co-founding tenant Chapman Tripp.
The PwC Centre is an innovative Warren and Mahoney designed building.
It is lightweight but strong; and designed to 130% of the current building code (IL3).
With a high level of energy efficiency and a distinctive façade that embraces its surroundings, the PwC Centre will be a landmark in Christchurch
