A change in management is always as exciting as establishing a new enterprise, for both evoke new hope and fresh prospects.
Just Enterprises Limited (located at 146 Kimpton Road in Papatoetoe, Auckland) belongs to the former but continues to trade as ‘Just Samosas,’ because the name has an established reputation in Auckland since it began in 2009.
Halal Certification
The change also augured well with the Halal Certification issued by the Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand last month.
Owner Kumar Sinha is justifiably proud of the enterprise, with its samosas conforming to the highest standards of public health and hygiene.
“As well as vegetarian, we make Halal Certified non-vegetarian Samosas (lamb and chicken) to meet the growing demand from a cross-section of the society. We also make roti rolls and Halal pies,” he said.
The company supplies its products to corporates, supermarkets, lunch bars and other outlets.
“Quality control is stringent in my operation and nothing is left to chance. I am conscious of the importance of personalised service. While the economic meltdown has hurt our business as well, we are determined to provide the best quality products to our customers,” Mr Sinha said.
