The judges noted that this Accountant and Finance Director has provided strategic financial leadership and made a significant difference to the success of the business.
The dashboard reporting introduced gives a comprehensive view of business performance. A lot of the process improvement and upgrade in risk management and governance has been introduced by the Finance Director and it is clear that the role is a pivotal management position.
There was a genuine respect among management and staff for this person, for her ability and the contribution she has made to the success of Magsons Hardware Limited.
