Knowledge is power, which provides opportunity and advancement.
To help give you that knowledge as a homebuyer looking to achieve your property dreams, ANZ launched the Property Unlocked Speaker Series in early 2013.
This Series of free seminars have been designed to help homebuyers through different stages of home ownership. Whether you are buying a first home, investing in property or buying at an auction, we are offering a range of seminars that will provide you with the knowledge and insights on all aspects of the property market.
Our goal at ANZ is to make your home buying experience as easy as possible.
Wealth of knowledge
The free ANZ Property Unlocked Speaker Series seminars are open to all, even if you are not an ANZ customer. Anyone looking for information on property, including those investing or purchasing in New Zealand, will gain a wealth of knowledge from these seminars.
Ramesh Subramaniam, Head of South Asia for ANZ International Banking Services said that the seminars enable you understand the steps involved in buying a home, from working out how much you can afford to finding out the right home for you and negotiating the deal.
Whether you are a first homebuyer or re-entering the property market, you will receive valuable information on who to contact, how to arrange finance & how to save time and money, he said.
“You will be able to take advantage of free information at this seminar and may be able to make contact with experts who can help you with your home purchase,” he said.
ANZ will also put you in touch with leading property experts in their fields, he added.
Guest Speakers
“You will also hear from a number of guest speakers who are part of the home buying process; for example, property lawyers, real estate agents and home loan specialists from ANZ. You will also find out how you could use KiwiSaver to help with your deposit,” he said.
ANZ will conduct a Home Buyers seminar on October 2, 2013 at its Manukau Mall branch (opposite Countdown in the mall), starting at 6 pm. If you are interested, please visit ANZ website (anz.co.nz/propertyunlocked) and register.
