STAAH makes key appointment in India

A New Zealand based technology company has announced a key appointment as a part of its expansion plans in the Indian Subcontinent.

Rajesh Ghanshani will lead STAAH as Director Indian Sub-Continent, promoting the Company’s strategy to provide quality hospitality technology solutions.

Established by Gavin Jeddo in 2008, the Company won the ‘Business Excellence in International Trade with India’ Category at the Tenth Annual Indian Newslink Indian Business Awards 2017.

Emerging opportunities

Mr Ghanshani will oversee business development opportunities and operations in India and neighbouring countries and work with the leadership team to develop and implement long-range goals and strategy for STAAH India.

He was previously Managing Director, Topsons Blue Private Limited, which crafted the brand ‘Blue Tonic.’

“His zest for finesse and passion for fashion, helped him win multiple awards, thereby marking his leadership in the retail industry,” Mr Jeddo said.

Born in a family of retailers, Mr Ghanshani is credited with futuristic vision and thinking, with proclivities towards travel and hospitality business.

Impressive credentials

His Executive Leadership certifications, combined with extensive experience propels him to continue creating wealth for the organisation and the partners, Mr Jeddo said.

Rajesh has been a speaker on several forums. He has also been the honorary faculty at the biggest fashion management institution of India.

STAAH Director Tarun Joukani said that Mr Ghanshani was instrumental in doubling business in Indian Subcontinent.

“He has ensured that STAAH continues to make a difference to the hospitality industry and provides value to the businesses that have partnered with our technology to its optimum capacity,” he said.
