Music, Dance, Fashion, Humour and Fun will be among the highlights of the annual event, which will commence at 7.30 pm.

Rhythm House Events Founder-Director and Miss IndiaNZ Creator Dharmesh Parikh said that Miss IndiaNZ will be ‘an immersive, magical experience not to be missed.’

Over the years, it has become a launchpad for numerous contestants who have gone on to successful careers in acting, modelling, and the wider entertainment industry, both in New Zealand and abroad,” he said.

More than a Pageant

As New Zealand’s premier Kiwi-Indian beauty Pageant, Miss IndiaNZ has been a beacon of empowerment since its inception in 2002. Far more than a mere beauty contest, it stands as a vibrant celebration of talent, culture, and the journey of young women towards self-discovery and professional accomplishment.

Over two decades, this esteemed event has fostered an environment where hundreds of young women have transformed into accomplished professionals across various fields, from modelling and makeup artistry to singing, dancing, and even stage and film acting. Challenges and Opportunities

Mr Parikh did not just create a Pageant; he cultivated a phenomenon. In 2002, with an acute understanding of New Zealand’s vibrant Kiwi-Indian community, he conceived Miss IndiaNZ. His aim was far grander than merely crowning a beauty queen; it was about establishing a robust platform that celebrated talent, showcased culture, and, crucially, empowered young women.

From its humble beginnings, Dharmesh poured his dedication into nurturing Miss IndiaNZ. He meticulously built a reputation for excellence, ensuring the event was a true showcase of homegrown talent in fashion, music, and dance. Over two decades, under his steadfast guidance, hundreds of aspiring models, dancers, singers, and actors found their voice and confidence. He saw the Pageant as a launchpad, a place where self-respect could blossom into professional success, opening doors to diverse career pathways in the entertainment industry and beyond.

Participants in Miss IndiaNZ vie for the coveted crown and cash prizes, but the true value of the experience extends far beyond these tangible rewards. The event provides unparalleled exposure, offering an invaluable opportunity to be seen by some of New Zealand’s most renowned personalities and scouting talent agents. This direct access to industry leaders and decision-makers can be a pivotal moment in a young woman’s journey, opening doors to future opportunities within the entertainment industry and beyond. The network built through Miss IndiaNZ can be instrumental in launching and sustaining successful careers.
