Each year, the event attracts a diverse audience, reflecting the multicultural essence of New Zealand. It provides an opportunity to pause and appreciate the contributions of individuals who may often go unnoticed but whose efforts leave a lasting impact on society. More than a night of accolades, the Awards serve as a celebration of human spirit, dedication, and potential.

The Indian Newslink Sports, Community, Arts, and Culture Awards have steadily gained popularity, earning widespread recognition and respect. They have become a cornerstone of the community’s annual calendar, attracting distinguished personalities, including leaders from various sectors, who lend their support and endorsement to this meaningful initiative.

A Celebration of Inclusivity

The continued success of the Awards is largely due to their inclusivity and the transparency of the selection process. The rigorous judging process, conducted by panels of experts, upholds the integrity and prestige of the Awards.

Digital and social media platforms have played a pivotal role in extending the reach and impact of the Awards. They have helped to showcase inspiring stories of nominees, encouraging greater participation and fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition.

This year’s Awards will honour another remarkable year of achievements. Individuals, Community Organisations, Associations, Societies, Sports Organisations, Coaches, and Mentors are encouraged to nominate exceptional individuals or groups to celebrate their contributions.

Perhaps it is the local coach who has dedicated countless hours to mentoring young athletes, the artist whose work captures the spirit of a community, or the volunteer whose selfless efforts have transformed lives. This is your chance to ensure their contributions are acknowledged and celebrated.

Submitting a nomination has always been straightforward, and the process is designed to make participation accessible to all. Whether you belong to a bustling city or a quiet rural community, your voice matters. By nominating deserving candidates, you have been helping shine a light on exceptional individuals and initiatives that make New Zealand a better place.
