The annual Badminton Tournament organised by Surya Rao will be held at the Auckland Badminton Association Hall located at (99 Gilles Avenue, Epsom) on October 6.
Men’s and Women’s doubles will be placed in A, B and C Grades.
Mr Rao said that the international stadium has 12 courts, a cafe, pro-shop onsite physio and other facilities.
The Tournament, seventh in an annual series has been growing from strength to strength, attracting more than 180 players from all over the country, stated to be a record for a single-day event of its type.
“The Auckland Badminton Association has been supportive of my initiative. We would like all players to enter this year’s Tournament,” Mr Rao said.
